Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15) features three different Treasure Rares depending on which regional version of the product you open. What is a Treasure Rare in the One Piece TCG?
Treasure Rares (TR) are among the most sought-after cards in the One Piece Card Game — sitting just below Manga Rares and Ghost Rares in terms of absolute rarity.
What makes them different from other rarities:
- No fixed quota per booster box. A TR appears as a random replacement for an Alternative Art (AA) card. Opening a single booster box does not guarantee a TR.
- Per case: you can expect between 0 and 2 TRs — with no official guarantee from Bandai.
- TR cards have existed since OP06 only and are absent from Extra Boosters (EB) and Premium Boosters (PRB).
- Each regional version of a set (EN, FR, CH) can feature its own exclusive TR card.
OP15 Treasure Rares by version
OP15 features three distinct Treasure Rares across its regional releases. They all share the same rarity rules, but the cards themselves are different.
Otama TR — English & French version — OP13-043

How to pull a TR from OP15
Two ways to get an OP15 TR:
- Opening sealed product. Any OP15 booster box can contain a TR in place of an Alternative Art card. There's no dedicated slot — it's entirely random. Across a full case, you may get 0, 1 or 2 TRs.
- Secondary market. Platforms like TCGplayer, eBay and Card Market let you buy OP15 TRs directly. This is usually the fastest path if you're targeting a specific version.

FAQ — OP15 Treasure Rares
Is a TR guaranteed in every OP15 booster box?
No. Treasure Rares are not guaranteed per booster box. They randomly replace an Alternative Art card — it's entirely possible to open a full box without pulling one.
How many TRs can I get in an OP15 case?
Between 0 and 2 TRs per case. No official Bandai guarantee. Community data from optcgquotas.com suggests an average of around 1 TR per case, but this is not consistent.
What's the difference between the EN and CH versions of OP15?
The English version contains Otama (OP13-043) and Roronoa Zoro (OP13-037). The Chinese version contains Scopper Gaban (OP13-067). These cards are version-exclusive and cannot be found in the other region's products.
Are OP15 TRs legal for tournament play?
Yes. Treasure Rares are official Bandai cards, legal in all competitive formats of the One Piece Card Game — functionally identical to their non-TR counterparts.
Are TRs rarer than Manga Rares?
No. The One Piece TCG rarity hierarchy places Ghost Rares and Manga Rares above Treasure Rares. TRs are however the rarest cards available in standard booster box pulls from main sets.
Do Extra Boosters like EB04 contain TRs?
No. Treasure Rares are exclusive to main numbered sets (OP06 onward). They are absent from Extra Boosters (EB) and Premium Boosters (PRB).
