OP17 "The World's Strongest Warriors" is the 4th Anniversary Booster Pack for the One Piece Card Game, releasing August 26, 2026. It's also the first set to launch simultaneously worldwide — JP and EN on the same day. Here are all confirmed leaks and cards so far.

A classic Red aggro Leader with a strong defensive boost. The +4000 at the right moment can negate a critical attack or force a favorable trade. Highly anticipated for Whitebeard decks.
Monkey D. Luffy — Black Leader OP17-079
Black Leader — (Strike)
Types: Elbaf / The Four Emperors / Straw Hat Crew
Effect: All of your Characters with a cost of 12 or more gain [Blocker].
A Leader built around high-cost monsters. The synergy with 12+ cost Blockers creates an impressive defensive wall. The Alt Art version is already one of the most coveted cards from the OP17 leaks.
Kaido — Purple Leader OP17-058
Purple Leader — 5 Life / 5000 Power (Special)
Types: The Four Emperors / Animal Kingdom Pirates
Effect: [When Attacking]/[On Opponent's Attack] [Once Per Turn] DON!!-1: Up to 1 of your opponent's Characters gains -2000 power during this turn.
Permanent power reduction on the opponent's side. The DON!!-1 cost needs to be managed in deckbuilding, but consistent -2000 pressure is real.
Shanks — Green Leader OP17-020
Green Leader — 5 Life / 5000 Power (Slash)
Types: The Four Emperors / Red-Haired Pirates
Effect: [Activate Main] / [Once Per Turn] You may trash 1 card from your hand or rest 1 of your DON!! cards: Up to 1 of your opponent's rested Characters will not become active in your opponent's next Refresh Phase.
Strong opponent Character lock. Combined with a deck that manages DON!! efficiently, Green Shanks can control the tempo of a game effectively.
Charlotte Linlin (Big Mom) — Yellow Leader OP17-099
Yellow Leader — 5 Life / 5000 Power (Special)
Types: The Four Emperors / Big Mom Pirates
Effect: [When Attacking] You may discard 1 card from your hand: Your opponent chooses one of the following:
— Discard 1 card from their hand, then add up to 1 card from the top of their deck to the top of their Life cards.
— Your opponent discards 1 card from their hand.
A forced-choice effect — whatever the opponent picks, you gain pressure. Big Mom as a Yellow Leader is a first in the format.

Types: The Four Emperors / Red-Haired Pirates
Effect: [Rush] [On Play] Set up to 2 of your DON!! cards as active. Then, rest all of your opponent's Characters.
Immediate board wipe with Rush. One of the strongest effects in the OP17 leaks — full board clear plus an attack in the same turn.

Types: Red Haired Pirates — Counter +1000
Effect: [On Play] Draw 1 card and rest up to 1 of your opponent's Characters with a cost of 8 or less. [End of Your Turn] Set up to 1 of your {Red Haired Pirates} type Characters as active.
Kaido OP17-062 SR
10 Cost / 12000 Power (Strike)
Types: The Four Emperors / Animal Kingdom Pirates
Effect: [Blocker] [Your Turn] [Once Per Turn] When a DON!! card on your field is returned to your DON!! deck, add up to 1 DON!! card from your DON!! deck and set it as active. Then, set up to 1 of your DON!! cards as active.
Kaido OP17-063 SR

Effect: All of your Character cards without a Counter have a +1000 Counter. [Activate: Main] [Once Per Turn] DON!!-1: If this Character was played on this turn, negate the effect of up to 1 of your opponent's Characters with a cost of 6 or less, and K.O. that Character.
Monkey D. Luffy OP17-093 SR
8 Cost / 8000 Power (Strike)
Types: Straw Hat Crew / Four Emperors / Elbaf
Effect: If there is a Character with a cost of 12 or more, this Character gains [Rush]. [On Play] Draw 1 card and play up to 1 Character card with a cost of 2 or less from your trash.
The confirmed Secret Rare — Loki OP17-119
Loki OP17-119 SEC
6 Cost / 8000 Power (Strike)
Types: Giants / Elbaf
Effect: This Character gains +12 cost and gains +3000 power on your opponent's turn. [On Play] K.O. any number of your opponent's Characters with a total cost of 4 or less.
The Prince of Elbaf is the main chase card of OP17. His [On Play] mass KO effect is brutal, and the defensive power boost makes him a natural Blocker replacement. One of the most anticipated SECs of the year.

Manga Rares in OP17
OP17 confirms 4 Manga Rares: Newgate, Shanks, Kaido and Big Mom — all four Emperors together in a single set for the first time. Community leaks also mention a possible Silver Manga Rare rarity — a new tier distinct from the standard black-and-white Manga finish — but nothing has been officially confirmed by Bandai.
The OP17 Treasure Rare — what we know
One single TR slot is confirmed for OP17. Bandai has included the TR rarity in the set's official rarity count, but the specific card hasn't been revealed yet. Given the anniversary theme and the four Emperors present in the set, community speculation points toward Luffy, Shanks or Kaido for this slot.
Pull rates: 0 to 2 TRs per case — same rule as previous sets. No fixed quota per booster box.
